Services are provided according to the agreed project scope.
Clients are responsible for providing required information and completing any third-party verification requests.
Approval, verification, suspensions, outages, or policy decisions by Google Business Profile, hosting companies, payment processors, domains, booking systems, email providers, or other third-party services are outside JStudioWeb's control and do not affect the completion status of the agreed-upon work.
Due to the custom nature of website design and digital services, all payments are non-refundable once the agreed-upon work has been completed and delivered. Included revisions from the original agreement will still be honored.
Changes outside the original project scope may require an additional fee.
Ownership transfers after full payment.
