Project Scope

Services are provided according to the agreed project scope. Requests outside that scope may require an additional fee.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, materials, approvals, account access, and completing required third-party verification.

Cookies & What This Site Stores

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics. Nothing you do here is sold, shared, or used to follow you around the internet.

The site saves a few settings on your own device so it works the way you left it: your language choice (English or Spanish), your accessibility settings such as text size and contrast, and whether you have already seen the opening animation. This information stays in your browser, is never sent to a server, and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser data.

If you send a message through a contact form, the details you type are delivered to JStudioWeb so your request can be answered. They are not used for any other purpose.

Third-Party Services

Google Business Profile, hosting, domains, payment processors, booking systems, email providers, social platforms, and other third-party services control their own approvals, verification requirements, outages, suspensions, and policies. Those decisions are outside JStudioWeb’s control and do not determine whether JStudioWeb’s separately agreed work has been completed.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of website design and digital services, all payments are non-refundable once the agreed-upon work has been completed and delivered. Included revisions from the original agreement will still be honored.

Revisions

Revisions included in the original agreement will be honored. New features, major redesigns, or work outside the original scope may require an additional fee.

Ownership

Ownership of completed custom work transfers after full payment, subject to third-party licenses and materials.

Acceptance

By purchasing services, approving work, or continuing a project with JStudioWeb after receiving access to these terms, the client acknowledges these Terms of Service & Policies.

How This Website Was Built

JStudioWeb designs and builds every project itself and reviews all work before it goes live. Modern design and development tools, including software that uses artificial intelligence, may be used at various stages of the process, such as drafting layouts, generating or editing graphics and imagery, writing or refining copy, and assisting with code. Final design decisions, quality checks, and approval always rest with JStudioWeb and the client.

Clients are welcome to ask which tools were involved in their project at any time.
